YOUR BASE IN FRANCE Many people have watched the television programmes and dreamed of having their own place in France for holidays, and perhaps to move to permanently at a later stage. However, they don't want to spend a lot of money on a house at the moment, and certainly do not wish to spend all their precious holidays working on an old stone-built property requiring some renovation. This can be a strain on everything! Why not use Haute Faye Holiday cottage as your base in France? You could choose say six weeks a year when you wish to be there, perhaps Christmas, Easter, October and three weeks in the summer, and negotiate a special deal on the price. You could leave valuable possessions locked up safely there, so you don't need to arrive each time with a car full of swimming things, games etc. And, best of all the cottage would be spick and span, with the stove on and even the shopping done when you arrive. You could fly and hire a car, rather than drive, and really get to know the area and feel you belong, around your new base in France.
